Membership Growth
Launched membership growth campaign in April 2022, acquiring 1,260 paid and 10,338 registered members, with member ticket sales contributing 23% of box office revenue. In 2023, through product-driven campaigns, brand marketing, and CRM integration, increased member-generated revenue to 39%—a 69.6% year-over-year growth in contribution rate.
Taipei Children Arts Festival

Responded to a venue launch opportunity by scaling the arts festival's sales target to 1.7× its historical peak of 8,500 tickets; produced and launched 55 ad creatives within two months. Achieved NT$5.21 million in box office revenue with a 2:8 cost-to-revenue ratio.
Signal Trial: Reality Puzzle
Brand Curation
Led the end-to-end execution of the annual brand campaign “Signal Trials” - a large-scale immersive experience spanning 16 theater spaces, completed within three months. Scope included game design, pop-up store, influencer activations, and content production.

Digital Marketing
Led marketing campaign for Cloud Gate Dance Theatre’s new production “Sounding Light”, achieving NTD $4.95M in box office revenue with a 93% sell-through rate and the highest average ticket price in five years. Executed 45 campaign activations within a NT$1.2 million budget by optimizing ad spend, integrating marketing resources, and producing reusable original content.

Co-founded a boutique cat hostel in Shilin, building the brand from scratch to achieve top organic Google ranking.
